Important information for owners of the Swift 500 Series Cooker
The RV Repair Centre & Lindrew Holdings (formerly Coronet Caravans Manufacturing Aust) are aware of a concern with regards to the Swift 500 Series Cooker.
Casale Trim (Swift Appliances Group) have notified us of the overtightening of a nut on the Swift Cooker.
The relevant Authorities are currently working with this Casale Trim and they will have further information soon.
For now, it is recommended to not use the gas to the cooker and to shut off the gas valve to the cooker.
NOTE: The 240v element is still useable.
In conclusion, you should not use the gas appliance and shut off gas supply to appliance. You should register with Swift Appliance Group per ACCC advice and product safety recall PDF.
We will continue to update this web page to keep you, our valued customer informed.
